tigger - after picture
I managed to get a picture of Tigger with my cell yesterday after I picked him up from the vet's office. He is now resting at home (inside too!!) and is on his way to a full recovery from his eye surgery. He was also leukemia negative!! Yah!!

Surgery
I was out of town and was hoping to make it back in time to get Tigger to the vet for his surgery. Unfortantely due to circumstances I couldn't control, I was unable to make it back and get him. I had planned to keep him at my house to ensure that he did not eat past midnight. The surgery has been rescheduled for next week. I told the vet to let me know if they had anything before that. We are almost at 100% of our needed funds for his surgery!!! Thanks to all of you who donated! Its VERY appreciated.
Surgery scheduled
I have faith that we will reach our goal, so I have scheduled Tigger's surgery for May 26th. If everyone could continue passing this page along it would be appreciated.
I plan to pay for Tigger's follow up surgerys for his owner. I am sure that she will not have the funds to help him. He will also be neutered and up to date on shots. Thank you all for the donations and well wishes! Without you this wouldn't be possible! donations

Orange 2 year old cat named Tigger needs surgery for ruptured eye. His owner is disabled and unable to afford vet care for the cat. He was injured in some sort of accident and lost his toes on one paw. His eye was damaged and he went blind and eventually his eye ruptured. The eye needs to be cleaned and closed as to keep it from getting infected. We have an estimate of $340 from a local vet who will do the procedure. If anyone donating would like copies of this information or the vet's contact info. - or would like to donate directly to the vet's office, please let me know. ANY help is appreciated! He is a very sweet cat who just wants a chance! Pictures coming soon! |
